So we were pretty disappointed with the view from our “waterfront” lot. Apparently if you can see the water through the trees it is waterfront even if you have to walk 50 yards down a pig trail to get to the water. With that being said once you get to the water it is pretty nice. The site itself was tiny and the power was too far away to back all the way in, buying an extension for the next trip, lesson learned. We still enjoyed the trip so I’m not complaining, just sharing info. There are only 4-5 what I consider actual waterfront lots, the others you can get to the water with rappelling gear or a machete.

Mediocre
It's a beautiful park. The playgrounds leave something to be desired. The bathrooms are showing thier age. The roads are narrow and beat up, as well as the camp pass. No beach for kids to safely swim. It's a no frills State Park.

Great little park off the interstate. We stay here around football season. It's close enough to Clemson to have a great little weekend with the family and friends. Site was a little narrow but shaded and a great view.

Beautiful Park
We stayed here in the winter and were one of only 4 rvs in the whole park. The views were beautiful looking out over lake hartwell and the campsites were great. Rangers were very friendly and helpful. I'm sure this place is busy in the warmer weather. Definitely worth a stop!
