Attractive & Clean
Spent two nights here in a motor home. I had screwed up my reservation by a week. Office staff was quick to help out and found us a spot. They take you to your site. Driver outlines the services of the park. Did not use any of the parks facilities except for the very well maintained dog park. Dog park is nice and large enough for my coonhound to get a good run. I would stop again. Also very convenient, just off the interstate.

Jonestown KOA
We have stopped at this park several times over the years. It is a great place. The staff is friendly and very helpful and their restaurant has very good food. They also will deliver meals to the site, which is great after a day on the road.
It's also close to Hershey for those who want to visit the park.

Amazing Amazing Amazing
What an amazing place, it started with a golf cart escort to your camp site. Awesome staff with great service. The best part for us was everything for our kids to keep busy. No pool but they do have a splash park and free jump pillow too. The camp store is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Just want to say thank you for an amazing visit. Oh and food service delivery to your site.

What a breath of fresh air ! We had just left probably the worst park we have encountered on our maiden trip to the south and back . Avoid Jellystone park in Emporia Va at all costs .. Sewer connections so high above ground and with no screw on connectors it was disgusting !
This place was a treat after a long day on the road it has an on site restaurant ,with good food Ribs Chicken etc. Very professional not too far off I 81. .We are definitely going back again . ,

Felt a bit Insulted!
We arrived about 12:45, I checked in and was guided to my site. As the guide in the golf cart neared the assigned site, she stopped and came over to us and said someone is in that spot, I have to call the Office. Over her radio I could hear the person telling her that I had arrived too early, and that the folks there did not have to leave until 2pm. (Just as a bit of info, THEIR brochure says 1pm). They "allowed" us to pull out and park beside one of their roads on the grass. After a long wait, the folks on our assigned site left about 1:50. I then drove through the park and back to my assigned site.
We have been staying here for some time on our N/S trips. But no more!!
We felt like we were in their way, and no one ever apologized for our inconvenience, which at least would have made us feel a bit more wanted!
I do not feel that it is up to the Quality one could/should expect for a KOA!

Pretty But Not Very Private
We stayed at a waterfront site, described as ideal for small rigs and truck campers, perfect for our 10 ft microcamper. But the sites are the kind where you pull off the road parallel, so traffic is sort of always driving past you. There's a fair amount of road noise from the highway nearby as well. However, the amenities are nice, like food delivery from the camp store for lunch and dinner, things like fried chicken, subs, mozzarella sticks, and burgers. Firewood is also delivered. Bathroom and showers are clean and spacious.
