Very nice. Roads and sites are gravel but sites are level. Many seasonal campers who are evidently very proud of their park. Walking the dog after dark, I was amazed at how many had decorated their spots with lights, flowers, banners, etc. Only met one person working at the campground, but she was exceptional. Only stayed one night but will probably stay again on future trips.

Great Place
One of my favorite places. The owners are the best, they will help you in any way they can. Lots of trees and good spots to camp. Have a vey nice pool and store for all your needs.

Lovely park!
Compared to our first experience at a different RV park, this was a gem! Lovely surroundings, nice staff, quiet park. We pulled through only for a night as we were heading back home to Virginia from NY — the regular campers were friendly and quiet, though, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ONLY negative (for the kiddos) was that in the pull-through spot we were in we couldn’t access wiFi. Oh, and as another reviewer said, it’s a bit steep in areas, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Short drive off I-81 made it a perfect place to rest for the night!

Steep
We only did a quick overnight stop. I truly can't review the all they have to offer. We came in from I-81. The campground is less than a mile from the freeway...straight down a very steep hill. We had no problem with that. However, I can see that being an issue for some people. The entryway to the campground was awkward and unlevel. We have a 40ft fifth wheel. I would be lying if I said we got in there without taking damage. The campsite itself we managed fairly easily. It was pretty level, though narrow. The people were very nice. I do not think we would come back with this camper. But, I would recommend to anyone with a smaller camper, provided you have the towing power to get up and down that hill.

Worth Looking For
Camp-A-While was a pleasant find away from I-81. The owners are friendly, the camp store well stocked, even carrying frozen meat, as well as the usual RV necessities. Sites are roomy and not on top of each other. Ours was long enough for our 35 foot 5th wheel and truck, and the back of the site overlooked the creek. Roads and sites are gravel and sites are fairly level. Bathroom and laundry areas are clean and modern. Pool is larger than most and looks clean. There's a nice nature trail the length of the park. Pets are allowed. Sites are shady. We stayed here in June for 4 nights and the price was reasonable.

$44
Nice and relaxing, we were here in early May so the pool was closed but looked nice. Lots of seasonal but spaced out nicely. Easy off rt. 81 just down the road on hi way 25. Only drawback is road noise from rt 25. Great for stop over or even longer
