Desert Bird
You should water the grass at night, not when we're walking our dog in the morning. Also clean up the beach, you can't even walk to the water without tripping over STUFF. Otherwise great park.

Absolutely Fabulous!!
Park is right on the Columbia River. View is incredible, what’s not to like. If you want to hang laundry outside/ let your kids run wild go to a state park. We appreciate the rules. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Excellent RV Park
Really beautiful and relaxing. We stayed in a waterfront pull through with our towed attached . Site is about 36 x 95 feet. Fairly level and gravel with a small lawn to the side. Outstanding view, and very well maintained. Some pull in/back in sies also. Fifty amp electrical, sewer, water, good cable tv, pool, playground, sandy beach, lawn sized chess set, and a small store. Obviously recently refurbished with newly paved roads. You even get a parklike area along the water. Overall, one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed in for several years. We will return.

Tranquility
Arrived after office was closed no issue, called directly and met a very friendly host.... the park is super quiet, serene on the river. Birds chirping, no highway traffic, there is a kids play ground, pool and pet area. Just awesome!! We will come back again!!!

Good news first: The location was pretty nice. Beautiful, river front location with big ships/barges frequently passing by. Plenty of play space for kids, and grassy areas for dogs. Now, the bad news: The staff is short, abrupt and generally unfriendly. There seems to be a lot of people living there and some areas show it (if you know what I mean). I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again.

Highly Recommend
This was our first visit and we highly recommend. Everything is very clean and quite. Views are gorgeous and slots are super easy to get into.

All I have to do is read the reviews to know I'm never staying here. Already been harassed and discriminated against by many other parks and quite frankly know not going to put up with rude , snotty people anymore. What happened to the good old days when managers had respect for the people that make their job possible and PAY THEIR WAGES? I'm sick of all the rv park owners that think they own the world , think it's ok to treat potential OR current residents like trash and turn down good money because of age of rv. How fucking stupid can you be?????

Too Many Rules- Rude Staff, Harassed
Strictest rules, max # 6 persons per site & visitors pay$ 5.00 each.Visitors may not bring dogs. No ATVs, no motorcycles, no jets skis allowed. The sites (1-11) and (49-58) are nice but all the other sites are noisy from traffic on Dike Rd. I asked about propane they had for sale. The lady just looked at me and didn't say anything, then the old man/ owner said "it's on the side." Then the owner saw that we had power paragliding equipment in our truck and he said you can not fly here. I said " we plan to go further up the river." then he said " you need a permit and I am Liable". I knew that the property was not part of his RV park. I said" you're not liable". He said "listen young lady, do not interrupt, I want you to leave." Then my husband said "We are following your rules what seems to be the problem?" The owner said, "I don't like your attitude." But we were able to calm him down after explaining the rules and laws of power paragliding. I was harassed by the owner, sad☹️.
