Can’t Beat It
I stayed at this park for a week in September and it was great. I parked across the road from the camp host and was able to refill my water tank in the middle of the week. Dump station is free if you stay at the park. It is just down the road.
The road coming in is a little bit tricky and tight. I have a 25 foot camper with a pickup and the turns were tight.

Quiet Park, Beautiful Lake View
We really enjoyed our visit. The creek bed made for some great exploration. My 3 year old loved the nature programs. If you want luxury, this isn't the place. But if you want a simple camping experience, this is a good choice.

Hopefully Not Representative Of OH Parks
Nice site next to a lake, if you're into boating, fishing. And electrical hookups. But that's as good as it gets. Sites are cheek by jowel. Only several widely scattered faucets which were often monopolized by campers filling their tanks. Disgusting pit toilets. All for $24 a night. Would not recommend unless you are desperate or completely self contained.

Pretty BUT.....
Very pretty park. Small in size. Sites are ok, could be on top of each other if full. Strange layout on some of the sites. We were in 13 and had 14 been full the back of their camper would have been very close to our site, uncomfortably close. No bathhouses only porta potties. Play ground was out of date. Compared to some of the other state park campgrounds this one is very lacking. Could be really nice with some rearranging, bathhouses and TLC.
