No Frills

This KOA is a decent little campground. They take tents, campers, and motor homes. The lots are a good size. Includes a dump station, restrooms, and a little store. Nothing fancy but a nice little place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls.

Most sites are occupied by permanent campers. The handyman has 6 kids and live in a small travel trailer and huge tent. Kids are in pool all over campground unsupervised all day and family plays loud music well past quiet time. Campground flooded the day before our arrival and multiple campers were sitting in deep water using pumps to pump it out. Bathrooms and laundry were fine. We would not stay here again.

Not Welcome Here

We drove over 1000 miles to see Niagara Falls and this camp ground is ruined it. The staff and other campers looked at us like we didn’t belong there. It got so bad we left 3 days early, after a camper flashed his gun at us. Black people aren’t welcome there.

Great Stay❤️

We stayed here for 3 nights and toured Niagara Falls. This was easy driving to and from the Falls. This was the first time staying at a KOA. The owners were super nice and super helpful. There place was clean and well maintained. I now am a member of KOA to start saving $$’s as we travel across country.

Don't Be Disappointed

This was not close to what was expected. Sites are VERY close together. Hookups are in need of updating. After a rain storm rolled through numerous sites including ours were basically unusable due to 3-4 inches of standing water. Could not even exit RV or use picnic table. Management ignored guests concerns and said the land drains well...a day later sites were still unusable, that's when we left. The bugs are outrageous and the area is swampy. The property is badly in need of maintenance and improvement. We have never submitted a bad review before but this was extreme.
