Many Things To Do Here
I’m not a KOA fan (state parks and COE campgrounds are my preference). But when your nine year old granddaughter is along, your priorities change. This was a great choice as she never ran out of activities to do. Laundry and bath facilities were nice enough while the WiFi was hopelessly slow. Verizon cell service was two bars. The staff were courteous and friendly. You have bus service to the Falls and surrounding area and some guided tours will pick up there. Spacing of sites was normal and roads were gravel or paved. We’d stay here again. It’s pricey but has a lot to offer.

WiFi Shortage
WiFi overwhelmed and would not stay connected. Three pools were nice but got cuts from the rough sides and bottoms. Clean facilities and huge playground. City bus ride available to the falls.
Be ready to wait 2 hours to get to the rainbow bridge crossing to get into the USA.

Very Impressed With This KOA
Well managed and maintained facility that had a very friendly staff. We are not big KOA campers, but this one was truly an exception. If available, go with the deluxe patio site (162). Huge private site with pavers, patio dining set and a glider rocking love seat at the fire pit. We were amazed!

LOVED OUR STAY
What a great May long weekend. We were actually greeted outside, with welcome to our koa. Felt like a hotel check in. lol Our site was a pull through, very friendly neighbors. Staff were awesome , friendly, and willing to help/answer questions. Loved the outdoor furniture ,the fire pit, and waiving to the wagon riders. Also very close to the falls/clifton hill. We will be back, can't wait!

I was considering staying there but I found out that they don't take on any more seasonal (6 months) customers. They even told me that they want only short term stays cuz they make more money this way. Well, at least they were honest about it. I find it kind of pricey too at $50-60+ per day. It's probably cheaper renting an apartment instead at those prices.
Stay or go, it's your choice! Good luck and safe travels!

Mediocre Campground
The campground is in a prime area and can be great! However, a few points made me give them only three stars:
1. The site where we camped was soon flooded so we had to park our car in a dam of water... really? A little grading and a water drain or two can make it pleasant. I am sure it rains often in Niagara...
2. The wi-fi was very limited... please folks, when we pop over from the USA we don't want to roam, and wi-fi can be a great help, we don't mind paying for it.
The bathrooms were very clean, the staff very friendly overall, a pleasant stay, which fell short just a tad.
