Spring Break Get Away
We had an amazing time, close to casino, grindstone lake, the little shopping strip, and so much more. Office people were so nice. There are only 2 restrooms, but we didn’t mind at. We’re definitely going back. Thank you for making our first Ruidoso trip amazing...

Nice Place. No Fish Cleaning Facilities
This is a nice little RV park. The managers were nice an acommadating. I gave it only 3 stars for a couple reasons. First, the name "Rainbow Lake" implies a focus on rainbow trout, which might lead one to think that this place is geared towards fishing, which is a big attraction of the Ruidoso area. But not only is this place not geared towards fisherman, it provides zero support for them. I came here to fish and eat fish, but after catching a limit in a nearby lake, I found out I could not clean them anywhere in the RV park. Yeah, that makes sense. Build an RV park next to fishing lake, name it after a fish, and reject fish.
This park actually only a small number of RV spaces, and most are pretty small and tight and not level. It has a lot of ammeninities though and is in a pretty setting. If you have no interest in fishing and don't mind being a little cramped, this would be a great place to stay.

Enjoyed Our Stay
Good cable, good wifi. The rec room really came in handy as it rained a couple days while we were there.
