Cold Showers, Ok Otherwise
We used our Passport America discount, which is how we found this park. If you join PA, you get half off member park rates. Let them know #R-0305662 told you about them, thank you. We boondock at various truck stops, like Pilot so when we stay at an RV park I look forward to a nice shower. Well, this place must be trying to save money because the water never got beyond tepid. Plus, the sinks have the faucet you press, then it runs a few seconds and you have to press again along with being cold water I didn’t shave. It was pretty clean, the drains to the showers had debris in them, like bandaids (gross) but in general it was ok. Lots of long term folks, but seemed clean and riff raff free. We pulled in a few channels on the digital antenna. Overall, ok for overnight.

Pre Labor Day Stop
Called in around 10pm called 2 other parks no answer. Manager was very accommodating. Got us a spot and even gave us alot of helpful information about the area. Nice and quiet park with gravel sites. Military friendly and dog friendly!!

Would Have Stayed...
But just getting them to quote me the price for an overnight stay was like pulling teeth. Closest answer I got was "around 35".
Passing it up for a place that knows their rates.

Large RV With Tow
Great gravel park and nice that it is next to a park to walk your dogs. Stay away from space #2 though, they have three dogs that roam free and poop all over. Complained to managers and that helped a little. Managers were great though and very friendly and helpful. We came in on Christmas evening and they came helped us with a space. Lots of regulars.

This is definitely the park you want to be at if you stay in Roswell and don’t have a tow vehicle. There’s a park directly behind the RV Park that leads right to the museums and restaurants! We drove past the other RV parks on the way out of town to TX and they were way to far away, we would have have to call a cab or Uber. The walk was great and the weather was beautiful. Denise in the office was very nice. Amenities were great - hot showers and good laundry.

Good Park
Not sure why previous reviewers had trouble leveling or would only stay one night. All spaces are pull throughs, and while they’re gravel, they’re very level. Didn’t use bath house, but it’s huge and new. I only have 4 stars due to the following: no shade, narrow spaces, and the rescue zoo across the street that smells like a cattle yard (didn’t notice it inside, only outside). PA discount makes it $20/nt. Would definitely stay again. 33’ 5er.

Love the park ! Manager very helpful and friendly. Only bad part we had was trying to level our RV because of the gravel. But would still come here again. Also is near most everything.

Very clean, with friendly staff. No picnic tables and no shade or trees. The bathrooms are huge and there's a park right next door. It's perfect for overnight, but I wouldn't stay any longer.
