Nice Clean Park Friendly Staff

We were pleasantly surprised at this park. The park is well maintained very very clean and the staff are great.

Excellent place, T-Mobile signal strong 30-40mbps data. Park WiFi excellent along with good tv. Did not try ota as the cable hook up works great. Would definitely stay here again. Has 3 dog walk areas, the one in the mobile home area has grass and is the largest and nice. My 13lb shih tzu loved it.

High Fees

When you book here ask about all fees. Three other fees plus tax $6.50 extra. Resort fee, city council fee, lodgeing fee. Be ready to get ripped. Is the best in Roswell, all parks charge the same fees, the others are dumps. I will not stay again in this city.

Nice clean & large park, with pull throughs for Very big rigs, with full hookups & 50 amp. Laundry, restrooms & showers very clean. Great discount if you stay a week. Near a main road, but is quiet at night. Some long term people, staff and residents very nice.

Very Nice Place To Stay

We stayed 2 nights, only downside was it was a LONG walk to downtown, the UFO Museum. Took a cab from T&C RV park to Whataburger on north Main for $16.00, not bad. Great dog run, clean park, bathrooms okay. Super friendly staff.

Great Place

Christine was exceptional at the desk, clean and level facilities, mostly all pull thrus. Solid WiFi, we will be back.

Very nice park. Very clean. Very secure. Close to downtown area. We stayed for a week.

Very nice park, smooth entry and exit, folks answer calls before and after hours. I would have given 5 stars, for us, the cable did not match up as described. Mostly music channels and only 1 or 2 television channels. Also, really needed to get laundry done, but needed to get code to get into laundry room and only change available was in office. Unfortunately we arrived after office hours and left before office hours.

Ok for quick one or two night stop over. Pretty basic park with terrible wifi.
