Great Spot To Stay
Just stayed the night passing through but will DEFINITELY stay again if we are in the area! Very open, great bathrooms/showers, laundry mat and super friendly!! Dog run is just dirt fenced in but that’s all they need to do their business and get off the leash for a bit. Make the stop, you won’t regret it.

Very convenient to I 10, but there is highway noise. All gravel, mostly level. Didn’t use facilities. Owners very nice and helpful. Cash only. Great for overnight.

Very Load
Loudest park I ever stayed in. You don't know train noise untill you hear one go by at 80 mph. Will not stay here again. Did not clean pool, bathrooms or showers all week.

Great park. Clean with level sites. Not crazy about WiFi or all the train noise but management and full timers were wonderful people. Would return for sure.

Cash Only
Nice place as others have observed, but cash only, no credit cards. Hence 4 stars.

55 And Over Only
If that's you, stay at this park. Large level sites. Clean. Nice toilets, showers and pool. $32.00 for full hook ups with 50 amp. Nice laundry facilities. Greeted with a smile. They seem to be big on security. And no kids allowed. I don't have any stashed away so the no kids rule isn't an issue. If you're looking for a 55 and up park, don't see how this one can disappoint.

Pet Tolerant But Not Pet Friendly
Very friendly office staff, plenty of room. Pretty empty. Drive-in movie feel. Would have given 3 stars except there are signs all over where pets are not welcome. The area you are supposed to walk them is dry and dusty dirt. Good for a night while on the road, but that’s about it.
Oh, and if you want to go somewhere and get back after 10, the gate is locked and re-opened “only in emergencies.”

Very congenial host! Nice, clean gravel campground. If you need a rv site in Deming New Mexico I would recommend this pleasant place. We would definitely stay here again.

If your deaf, this is the place for you, right on the freeway, lots of truck noise and across the freeway is the railroad tracks, trains every 20 mins or so ALL night long. Park is clean , nice pool everything is gravel, just too noisy

We were on a 30 trip around the U.S. We stopped here over night on day 18. To date we had driven over 4600 miles and we liked this park better than any of the others we had used even those way more expensive.
