Nice

Like others have said, it is small but the owners are so friendly. The price isn’t bad, we paid 29.00. It’s close to all the services in town. Really enjoying our time.

We stopped in the middle of the day to fill and dump. Very nice people!! The little grocery store was nice too. We got some great BBQ brisket there.

One Nighter

This is a small park with gravel,full hookups.Very close to a restaurant and a great grocery store.Definitely a mom and pop operation...nice folks.No discounts..cash or check only. Would stay here again.

Great Little Place

Great Little Place to stay, right in town (Capitan ) walking distance to everything. Nice quite little town. Not a far drive to all kinds of site seeing. Would highly recommend, call ahead, like I said small place. Proprietors really nice people. ☺

Friendly Owners, Cozy Spot

We stayed for a night, called ahead and the owners were very accommodating since we weren't going to arrive till after 5:00. Gave us a nice spot for a great price, cash or check, no credit card. Good spot to walk the dog. Be sure to visit the Smokey Bear museum next door, very well done.

Newbie RVers But Lovin’ It!

Very nice little place. Owners were so nice and accommodating. There was a great restaurant within an easy walk and the Smokey the Bear museum within an easy walk as well. Enjoyed our stay. It’s no frills but clean and nice!

Nice Park

We stayed here as a stop over. Talked to the owners the day before. Really nice people, small park but we had a fhu pull thru site. Quiet town and beautiful scenery. Enjoyed the day riding around the area. For a small park you can't get any better.

Not Much

Large space, upon checkin sign read, "if we are not around, find a spot and we will find you later." Did just that but next morning while leaving had to ask other tenants where the owner lived to pay her before we left. Good for an overnight stay, just West of town.

Very Nice Small Park

We often stay here, or stop to dump and fill, when visiting the nearby Fort Stanton BLM campgrounds. Very nice owners. Not expensive.
