Nice Stop

First time here. Two night quiet stay. We were in site #69 back in. Gravel site. There is a fire ring and picnic table. Woods behind us. Nice campground for children; there are goats, cows, pony and ducks. I enjoyed watching them. There are quite a few activities, if you are there on those dates, the office gives you a calendar at checkin. Nice pool, play area and doggy park. Beautiful views from doggy park. A bit pricey $79.00 a night but they accept Passport America so we received 1/2 off. Close to High Point State Park. We stayed here in a Class A with a tow, plenty of room. Nice Stop, everyone very friendly.

Save Your Money

Was bought out by a mobile home park company. They did away with a lot of activities and things that made it good plus the rates went WAY up. Manager is really unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money...

Great Weekend Getaway

Had a great time! Pool was nice with beautiful views. Kids loved the animals. Although we had a few hiccups. Friends of ours rented a cabin, the air conditioner was broken in 96 degree heat so the place bought a window unit for them. Then the next day the fridge broke and they lost all the food they bought but the place definitely compensated them for the inconvenience. We lost power for a bit but not for long. Heard it’s under new ownership so they might have some kinks to work out. Overall a great trip. We’ll be back!

Not Very Good For Overnight

The roads to the campground from the interstate are steep. The utilities were well placed on our pull through site and worked well. There is no cable tv and we couldn't get any clear channels on our antenna. The wifi was hit and miss. The dumpster to dispose of your garbage is outside the campground and difficult. I doubt we would stay again.

Great place. Kids loved it!!! farm animals were great for little ones. Staff were very friendly and great with kids. Overall great stay!!!! Will be back again

A whole lot of seasonals. Showers and laundry are all the way up by the office and is a far walk. Small sites. Supply you're own pool chairs. Nice views, clean, friendly.

Pluses And Minuses

Facilities are not very close to the sites. You have to use a car to use the bath house and laundry. The garbage is almost a quarter of a mile away. The site was pleasant and everything work. The farm animals seemed to be quite an attraction for young children. It was quite pricy for no cable and intermittent wifi. Also Apple maps will not get you there. It will get you to signs that will guide you
