Serene, Long Pine Area

While we did not stay the night (see note), it was very pleasant. Pit toilets show recent renovation, and not concrete blockhouse. Solar powered light inside the toilet. Site should be available in a pinch if nearby Merritt Reservoir has no open sites. Would stay in early spring or fall. Note: spring 2022 - there is likely a large number of ticks here. The nearby cow population may help with that. Cows are present behind a fence, and may keep you up if tent camping. Would have stayed if weren't for high tick count.
