Nice

We arrived first so we could choose our spot. It's first come first served policy. We were lucky to have one spot with water. There are maybe 3 or 4 with water but most have electricity. It's very quiet (except train at night) and there is a small playground for the kids. My kids loved biking around and they played in this small playground for a while! The dump station is available and free even if you don't spend the night!

Stopped In Overnight

Stopped in here for an overnight on our way to Canada. The site we stayed in was a pull through with electric and water. The water was a little ways away. Would need a longer hose. The bathroom was clean but needs updating. Would stay here again if my trip brought us this way.

Great Park

Lovely spot, nice little town and quiet. Loved it and will stay again on our return trip.

Great Overnight!

So spacious and green. Even with a half dozen campers, there was tons of open space! Sites are fairly level.

Thank goodness For Last Minute Parks

This is such a quite little park !! No traffic noise--no trains !!?? So glad I came across this park !? Just $25.00 so reasonable-- PTL

Agree with reviews. Great overnight area. Facilities are better than some of the other parks we've visited.

Uncrowed Weekend

Nice small campground. $25 for sites tent and RV( water & electric). This has ok restrooms and ok showers with very hot water! I would have gave it 4 stars but the sprinklers came on at night and all our gear (tent, sleeping bags and what we left out got soaked) so beware if you are tent camping. Zip up your tent windows and put on the rain fly and leave your stuff in your vehicle and u should be fine.

Little Gem In Shelby

Nice CG, easy access with pull thrus and back in sites. Large open lawn bordering pull thru sites. Would stay again.
