Waterfront Sites, No Barges
Most sites are level, not all. Bathrooms definitely need upgrading for our current depraved society. Locking doors are needed on the showers.

One Of The Best ACOE Parks
Nice roads, great concrete sites, some pull thru sites, clean restroom. Friendly helpful hosts.

Wow! Beautiful campground, concrete pads, ton of trees, right next to the lake. We got one of the few full hookups. Laundry facilities were clean. Camp personal were friendly. If your into camping with nature, it doesn't get any better than this.

We stayed here for 1 night on a trip west. Very nice. Quiet, on the water site, concrete pad, bath house clean, large park but not many sites occupied. Our first stop at a COE park. It won’t be our last.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. There are docks close to the lots, attendants at the gate are decent, and everything quiets down around 10.

Although we decided not to stay at this park, we did make a tour of the facilities in mid-Nov 2013. At that time, the park was considered "walk-in only", meaning no sites were reservable.
All interior roads and site pads were heavily covered with leaves and pine needle droppings. It was difficult to see where the parking sites were except for electric and water connections standing in the ocean of fall droppings. The roads from the main highway were paved but narrow, and the junction turns were very tight for a big rig. Overall, I'd say this park is not easy for big rig maneuvering. The one positive is that the nearby downtown area of Aberdeen is a tourist's must see.
