Good Campground

1st time at a KOA. It was a good experience. Campground was quiet and well laid out. Lots to do for kids and families. Owners were friendly and keep the campground in great condition. Highly recommend for families.

5 Star KOA

Have been going to this KOA for years. It keeps getting better and better. Owners and staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Lots to do at the camp for kids - many activities. Looks like all the sites are good. We especially love the sites mid to southern end. Yes, it’s a KOA and like many we have been to they are near the railroad tracks but this has never been a problem. Close to Oscoda and Tawas is about 20 minutes. Many public beaches on Lake Huron. The Oscoda beach is extremely nice. We usually are there at Labor Day and we head up to Harrisville (+|- 30 miles) for a great Art and Craft show on the weekend.
