Ok

We had a pull through RV site near the entrance. I was pleased that it was very quiet, but it rained and we ended up with a LOT of mud. The lake was nice and the location worked well for things we were doing.

Be prepared.

On our trip it appeared that the nice spots are all taken by full time residents. Although their map refers to all blue sites as “full hookup”, they aren’t. Those near the lake and office appeared to have sewer hookup. All the sites around the remote area near our site were electric and water. The pads are pea gravel/mud in this area. Nothing is paved. It rained during our stay in October and our site became a pond. The dump station is in a location difficult to access and your rv will be angled lower than the dump station. They do offer mobile pump out and now I know why. The staff was friendly, the facility has natural beauty and I am sure kids really enjoy the beach and lake. We just have a problem setting up our MH in mud. We were in site 152. No cable, no wifi and no chance of using satellite. Two bar verizon reception.

Nice close to office and the areas around the lake. Not nice at all the farther you get from the lake and office area.

Great Camp Ground

This is a great campground it has everything you need and more. Dont get site #52 if you have a camper its too small . Everything else was great.

Great Beach

This app navigation does not go to the correct location. Use the website for the address. We had a great experience here. The bathrooms and the whole park is neat and clean. My favorite features were the great Beach on lovely Clear Lake and the large campstore with hand dipped ice cream. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I hope to return here again!
