KOA Spring 2021
Great location for caves etc. VERY loud highway. Limited store with no real supplies, IGA 3 miles in town. Best sites are not full hookups. Very close together/small sites.

Do Not Follow The DirectionsOn This App!
Practically left me stranded with two kids by myself in the dark. The road was winding with no where to turn around. You’ll end up in the middle of nowhere with no place to turn around. I had to do a uturn in someone’s front yard. In the dark. Crazy! I’m not sure who put in the directions for this place on this app but it is incorrect! Follow apple map or google map!!!!

I Think Other Have This Place Mixed Up
This KOA is just off the highway exit 58. Yes there’s a tad of freeway noise but not the worst. This koa is one of the best I’ve been to. Great kids park area, cool barn with animals. The spaces are mostly paved or concreted pads. Streets are brand new. They have cottages, tent camping, RV spots, wagon/type rentals and shortly their putting in tree houses to rent. Yes!! Tree houses!!
Store is great, bathrooms are all newly remodeled and very nice!!! Owners are very nice.
I never go to the same place twice but this one is on the list to come back.

I pulled up and no one in office and it was 4pm, phone number to call, prices on board, a garage building next to office with people watching to see what we were doing, but no one came to help, so after looking at the large over prices for the site and no help, we left. Went to the closed down gas station down the street with large parking lot and set up for the night and use some generator time when needed. 40 foot with tow, FREE

Not The Best KOA
Very small spots. Right next to the freeway. For $45 I would have expected a little nicer. Still not that far from Mammoth Cave National Park.

Not sure what to make of this place. Looks like a dump. Looks like some permanent residents. Kids flying around in golf carts. Water leaking thru a hole in the office roof. Ice Cream was melted and refrozen. Good for a one night stay. With some work it could be nice. Wrong location on the map...

Not Correct Location
The KOA is located just off HWY 65 just to the west of Horse Cave, KY
