Meh
Campground has beautiful trees and you are on the lake and can kinda see it from some sites. Some sites have nice wooden patios with a table but most of them are very slanted impossible to level with jacks alone. Hooks ups are weird most are not on the right side of the pad pretty far from the rig and many don’t work at all. So make sure you have really long hose and electrical cords. I really needed to do laundry and booked this place specifically because they had one. There is only one washer and dryer it’s outside and covered in dead bugs! I didn’t have the nerve to open it up and check inside. We were also told that the swim area of the lake is closed because of E. coli. Overall I am disappointed it has a rustic neglected campground feel definitely not the RESORT that was advertised.

Great Experience, Good Camping
We spent a weekend with our family camping at the State park. I was happy to see the park is getting some needed maintenance and overall is in good shape. The camp ground is fully shaded with a nice rustic feel. Playground area is nice, only complaint is the sites are on a slope so it was a challenge to get level. Great experience overall and will go back!
