Very disappointing campground. As others have stated, it has a lot of potential but the management staff is hands off. They are afraid of leaving the office. Also if you stay there any length of time and expect to have mail delivered there, forget it. They DO NOT except mail delivery.

Disappointed
We have loved KOAs for 3 years. This is the farthest one from home for us. We really had our hopes way higher than we should have.
Sewer pumped every other day. They start at 10am. We waited until they got here so there goes one half day.
Noone seems to know the answer to ay question. Everyone we cal or ask, has a different answer.
We booked july 4th week on a "hot deal". Part of that included aboat deal. Customer service called us to reserve the boat. We waited until we got here. Reservations said it wasn't good during holiday WEEK. So, it wouldnt be available when we are staying here, but it will when we leave.
We couldnt even get anyone on the phone to give is a set time that the Lagoon is open. We had to go there just to see what the door said.
Pools, jumping pillow, pedal cars all great. The marina is on site and sells alcohol. We thought KOAs werent allowed to do that.
We actually considered moving to another campground mid week. However, they arent going to refund.

Facilities Available
The site indicates that sewer connection are available. That is not true. Backin sites are tight and short. Lots of trees and grounds could use mowing.

Eclipse
We were also there for the eclipse. I never saw a line at the toliet. I thought they did a good job in handling this unusually large influx of people. Movies every night. Lights on at the bouncy pillow until 10 pm
They could have made a lot more money by charging for solar glasses (they made sure everyone had one free) and having Prizer Point eclipse t-shirt (I would have bought one). They tried to accommodate as many people as possible for this event. I think they did a good job. Their staff was very friendly and helpful. My grand daughter and brother did the rope course and zip line. It was awesome.

Bathroom Shortage
So they rented out graasy areas as premitive sites for eclipse. Problem is no bathrooms. All those people coming into other campground for showers. Toilet and showers together and 3-5 people deep in line. Money grab for eclipse sucks.
