Not For Bigger RV's
The entrance was very tight to turn into. Was very hard to turn our RV around all the turns just to get to our spot.

Not Intended For Big Rigs
Reservation and arrival went fine, then off the tracks we went. While they will happily accept a reservation for a big rig motor home they really have no where to put you. They sent us to three different sites to use, one was barely wide enough to drive down and no way we could begin to fit in the spot. We left and spent the night in Walmart parking lot and regrouped in the morning. Horrible experience in our 40’ motor home, they didn’t seem to understand how big we were.

Not For RV's No Stars
Stay here last year for 3 days so we went back this time was a nightmare. Booked a pull thru site for our 37' motor home. Got a call 2 days later aski g to move us to another site, I agreed butnot for what was to come. Was given a back in site so unlevel wheels wouldbeoffgrou d and all hook ups at back of site. Was a mud mess also. Went back to office and was given 4 other sites to try, not we will send some o e with you, go fi s them. They were worse. Was then given 5 sites to try all the same. Back to office asked them to not just give me opensites but something to fitmy motor home, even roads areso narrow we barely fit on them. I was told they never have any complaints. AsI tried oneofthem a local told me that several others have tried and never able to fit and left. I told lady at office this is not what I expected there. I was told they never have issues this I find hard to believe. I asked to cancel and I was asked to leave, terrible campground never again. Have to call corporate

Amazing
I basically grew up at twin Mills. I went there Every year with my family for the 4 the of July, everyone is super nice and they are very pet friendly. Also wonderful hiking/biking trails and a wonderful pond to swim and boat in.

Less Than Expected
The sites were well shaded and spacious. We could position our 30'r in a few different directions if wew wanted. That was nice. The campground was fairly quiet and secluded at the south end of the grounds. Bathrooms were bathrooms. Everything worked as well at the site.
The grounds keepers are non existent atleast at the end of Sept, beginning of Oct. We had downed branches at the site, (which we burned) and the landscape mulch was pretty much mud. They ask what size trailer you have but I don't know why. They tried putting us in a spot Impossible to park our unit in. They did accommodate us when I called to inform them and asked for the site next to it. The girl behind the counter admitted she had NEVER been out in the campground.??
We did not recieve the memo about the FREE ayc pancake breakfast Nor the pulled pork lunch OR the hayrides( my kids would have loved) or any other camp activities going on.Check their website for any information about activities. We WOULD go back.

Terrible Experience
Stayed 2 nites. First, they sent me and my 37' 5th wheel to a site impossible to park on (101 I think.). Then, when trying to go around the circle from that tiny spot to go back to the office, a low tree limb damaged my rolled- up awning (turns too tight for truck & 5th wheel, and poorly maintained grounds.) When I did get back to the office, all I got was an apology and an assignment for another site. When I got to that site, it was already occupied.
Summary: A Terrible Experience!

Not very well maintained. Weeds in the playground. Old equipment. Buildings need painted. Store is small and doesn't offer much.
