This place wasn't bad by any means but far from my favorite Indiana State Park/Recreation Area. We went here because we wanted to swim in the lake but found out too late that the beach was closed. There was a pool but we didn't get around to using it. We visited Cataract Falls nearby which was pretty impressive to see. We even found a trail on the opposite bank to get some really fantastic views of the upper falls. The downside was that was about all there was to do. There was one Nature Trail near the campground but no other good hikes in the area. Unless you bring a boat or rent one there is very little else to do. The campground was clean though and well kept. The pit toilets were fine but the stalls in the Comfort Stations all had broken locks so they wouldn't close completely. Again, the place wasn't bad but far from my favorite Indiana State facility.
