Our Maiden Camping Trip

On our first trip with new RV. We chose White Oak Creek and were very happy with this choice. The site was beautiful, level, large and paved. It is close to the water for fishing. The park is very clean including the restrooms and showers. We will be returning. We gave it 5 stars because we didn’t find any negatives at this campgrounds!

Great Campground but.....

Campground was outstanding. Clean and well maintained as are most COE campground we have visited. My “but” concerns real difficulty with interface with Recreation.gov and campground office. We stayed four nights in October and attempted to reserve a particular site but were advised it was booked. For our entire stay the site sat vacant and we learned it was not reserved after all. When we attempted to switch sites the hosts could not figure how to accomplish a switch in the new Recreation.gov website. That was disappointing.
