Stayed there February 2023 tight spaces had our Ebikes stolen the third night we were there I suspected it was someone that walks through the Campground knows there is no security. We will not stay there again and we were not the only ones that had there ebikes stolen.

$51 Per Night
Couldn't find a more affordable spot for the night in the area. Had to splurge. The 12 cats around the front desk is a bit distasteful, and stinky, but just don't hang out at the front desk! Bathrooms are nice. Nice path that will bring you right to the public white sand beach.

Not What We Thought
We are kind of new to the RV experience so we’re trying to find RV sites that we like. We watch the video on this campground and thought this is what we were looking for. It was close to the beach and things to do. We found that the sites themselves are nowhere near level, messy, tight and really not enough room to enjoy camping. If you’re looking for a place to park your RV so you can go spend time everywhere else it might be OK but spending the time in the cash to take your RV and think you’re going camping this is not the place. We were also bothered by all of the cats That the owner apparently feeds and not to mention some vehicles look like she just allowed to stay there for nothing. Not going to be going back.

Enjoyable
Camped here for a week in October 2019 in a 18 foot travel trailer. Sites are tight but no issue for our short camper. Laundry facilities clean. Older machines but washed and dried quickly. Short walk to beach, maybe 8 minutes. We found it easier to just drive 1/2 mile with all of our beach stuff. Fairly quite at night very little road noise. Verizon reception perfect. Did not use the cable but got a few channels with antenna. Well stocked campground store with ice. Would stay here again based on price for convenience to beach.

A nice overnight, the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The rustic decor gave me a concern for splinters in the shower area. Very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly.

Stay Far Away
..at least until the transients and drunk/coked-out roofers they’ve let overrun this place clear out. Otherwise pretty convenient, but they will do absolutely nothing to ensure your safety and comfort.

Camper
Have stayed two times at this campground. 1st time was tent camping and second was in motorhome. Very close to beach and moderately quiet in late evening. Showers are decent as well as bathrooms. There are many cats at campground but not a bother to us. We have not had any issues with making reservations and they were always accommodating. Our place to stay while on the beach. . . Don’t come to this campground. . .our secret place to stay with no Reserve America hassle!

Best Campground On The GULF
Have stayed in 5 different campgrounds on the gulf. From Gulf Shores to PCB. This has been the best so far. Close to the beach and all the activities. Yet hidden in it's own stand of trees away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. Bathrooms, garbage, and utilities are all easily accessible from anywhere in the park. Loved it and will be back.

Too Many Trees
Too many pine trees as you drive thrugh too your site. Hard to munuver but manageable. SHOWERS. They were clean and you had a bench for you to sit on and hooks to hang your clothes. LAUNDRY ROOM. Room had A/C and clean only it seemed too take a long time to dry. POOLS. they have two pools and both are very nice with lights all around the fence for a nice atmospher. LOTS. they were small and sandy. The cement pad was small they were more for one door unit not two. Nice paved walkway to the beech mostly lighted for night walks to the beech. They do have many cats. EVEN WITH SOME DRAWBACKS I WOULD GO BACK AND STAY THERE.

Great Mini Vacation
We stayed 3 nights. The sites are close but not bad. Some of the sites are confusing and we are new to this so, we were in our spot incorrectly. The next morning, I went to the office to ask if we needed to move it and the lady said that no one was coming in next to us so it was up to us is we moved it. We world have probably moved it had we been staying longer but just didn't see the point for 2 more nights. The bath houses were nice, air conditioned, even nicer! Very close to the beach, too. It's not the Ritz, but it's a good Campground. I see us returning next year!

Cat Poop Everywhere
Way too many cats who are fed by the owners roaming & pooping everywhere. Smelly, small sites with terrible wifi & cable reception. Poop & restrooms need cleaning & updating. Not worth the price we paid. And they charged an extra $10 for our dogs. Signs posted all around about pet waste transmitting disease but their cats poop any place they want and no one is cleaning up after them.

Pine Everywhere
Our stay was in January into February. We had a corner site with plenty of room for our toy hauler and truck. Laundry room was clean, a couple of machines needed repair but price was reasonable. With the beginning of February came the pine pollen. They said it was the worst it had been in a decade. We had to cut trip short due to the pollen dust, but plan to return on our trip back north for another month. It was the most reasonably priced for a month long stay. Wish the pool was heated but with all the pollen not sure I would've used it.

Not Good
Expensive, small sites (awnings can't be fully opened), cable unstable, Internet slow, showers need maintenance
