Campers
Saint Andrews was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael. However, the state has totally rebuilt the campgrounds and every camping site has sewer as well as 50 amp power. Outstanding place to camp...great beach. Great camp sites. Great amenities in the area such as Captain Anderson Seafood, Hunts seafood, and gobs of other great restaurants

Great Campground Remodel!
My husband & I have stayed here multiple times throughout the years. The park remodel after the hurricane is AMAZING! The sunsets are beautiful, the wildlife in the park is so neat, and the campground maintenance is so good! We love the new look. Great improvements were made. The sites are now full hook-up (including sewer). We've booked 2 more stays this year because we loved it so much. It's $28 per night, plus taxes & fees = about $40 per night total. Seniors stay for half the rate. If the dates show as full, keep looking for those last minute cancelations. We've lucked up twice by getting last minute reservations.

Wife and I have traveled 24K in a year and a half. This is probably the biggest disappointment in all of those miles. Mud holes, bad roads, fences in need of mending, no privacy just to name a few.

Nice BAY Views, Quiet, Clean
The bay is feet for your door, the Gulf is 3 minutes away. What a great place. Needs a bit of cleanup after the Hurricane, but all in all a classic Florida beach camp.

Love This Campground
We spent Christmas plus 3 other times since. Love the campground and Panama City. Will be spending a couple of days there in late April. Most of sites are on smaller side but still reasonable. Beach & bay are close. Dozens of waterfront sites. Lots of deer, birds & dolphins. Friendly Park Rangers and other staff. We are 2 full-time RVers plus 1 Great Pyrenees (big woof woof) with a 34 foot Class A.

5 night stay. 40ft 5th wheel. Little tight but doable. Great location for beach access. No septics but dump station. Great amenities even a necessity store nearby. Rent boats and bikes. Hard to get reservations. Will be returning if I can get in.

St Andrews
Overall, a very nice campsite. Roads need work, some campsites better than others . You just need to research it a bit.

Theft
We had a bike stolen from our campsite in the night and the state park workers weren't too keen about us reporting it and putting up signs and wanted to keep it hush hush. We later found out there had been several bikes stolen from this campground recently but the workers did not seem to care enough to warn people of the danger. This place does not have any security so we stopped going.

Great Park
Spent 5 days here for Christmas and couldn't be happier with our choice. Nice, clean, quiet park with good size camper spots and tons of deer roaming around. Our spot had a few to many tree stumps but other than that it was a great spot with a view of the water. Would definitely come back!

Wildlife So Close
The first visitor to our campsite was a fawn and her mother. Even the birds here will let you walk to just a few feet away. Some of the sites are tight, if you drive a big rig you may want to do some research and reserve your space. The staff here is very helpful and they drive the park on a regular basis stopping and visiting as they go. The white sand beach, with fishing peir and boat ramp make this a great RV place to go.
Enjoy!

Beautiful State Park
Old Florida type park. We had a water front site. Quite park this time of year. Summer is busy with lots of children. Beaches are beautiful. Clean park with friendly, helpful staff.
