It’s like camping in a swamp. The “park” is right next to an interstate and across from a truck stop, the noise is nonstop. They don’t enforce the rules for dogs being on a leash.

Nice Staff, But OMG
What a smelly, slippery, disgusting mud pit. Smelled like dead fish and sewage soup. If it has rained at all, stay away. Grass pull thrus turn into a nasty quagmire of goop. Park facilities were very clean but the mud makes for a nightmarish stay with dogs. Mid everywhere.

So So Location
Stayed a month it was rough overall, will start with the pros.
Pros
Nice wooded sceneries, small playground for kids, decent pool, nice little dog run.
Cons
It took days for rain puddles and mud to dry up, workers seem distant and unhelpful, lots of permanent residents with run down trailers, some questionable tent campers.
The most negative thing was the workers decided to use thier bulldozer at midnight a couple of evenings. I am not sure what work they was attempting to complete. However the sounds of it driving around was very loud for such a time.
The sounds of the highway is not that bad. However over all I would recommend this place as only a stop through. The combination of the immediate area and the camp itself makes it very uncomfortable for extended stays. I would recommend a week max stay.

Accommodating
Very nice office manager, accommodating to our check out requests and site requests. Site was plenty big but super muddy from recent storms. The staff was working on roads and storm clean up while we were there.
