Spring Break But No Water park!

Was a bit disappointed that the park claims to have the water park open on spring break but only stayed open for a different spring break week. Otherwise, the pool/water park is only open on the weekends. Feel the rep should have clarified that when the reservation was made! Otherwise, the park is spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake. Definitely gets hot and humid here! For dogs, suggest paying the $8 entrance to the Broward beach in Hollywood. Dogs are not allowed on any other beaches.

Christmas With family

We had a blast. Showers were wonderful. Pad was spacious. The girls ride their bikes, motor shooter. Yes the train was annoying at first, but after the first couple of nights - no problem. We loved the lake, walking, jogging- people were so friendly. Wish the water park had been open. We will be back.

Nice Park

Easy access for big rigs, the rv part of the park is just the lots but access to the playgrounds, paths, and other park amenities. Lots are level and spacious enough.

Pool

The park is very lovely and we were able to get in late at night with the security guard. However I was disappointed that they advertise the pool and it is closed for the season and if they are open you have to pay to use it. This pool is a separate waterpark and is not owned by the RV park. I only stay at places with a pool so that was disappointing

TY Park

Showers are really well set up. Separate room with a bench showers tiled on the wall really hot water. Route into RV area sometimes challenging depending on how many inconsiderate drivers you meet. Great location to beaches and casinos. Power and water and sewer are at the back of the pull through you need a looong sewer and power cable to hook and unhook in the pull through. Trains and light rail run often so stay close to the water. WiFi was out IT does not work weekends. Very easy to find on N. Park road. I’d give it a 3.75 star rating maybe a 4 if the WiFi works. Better than C.B. Smith.

Hopefully new tenant

My landlord will be checking in on me to see that my needs are met and so on.

It's great for a one night stay if you don't need to hook up. If you plan on being there longer, bring at least 50 ft of hose, sewer & power if you want to use your Awning. All the hook ups are at the very end of the site. They do have a train that you hear all day & night. It would have been nice to use the concrete pad, but they are not designed that way.

Bicycles Stolen

We had ours bikes stolen at this place, you’re mistaken if you thinking you’re safe there. Very upset and sad.

Liars Work There

We drove from Texas and called this place today and told them we would be here around 9 PM or so. The lady said that's fine security will take you to your spot and you can pay in the morning. We get here and all the gates are shut and locked?? There are no signs directing us anywhere else to park so we found a KOA in a shady part of town, said no thanks and ended up parking at the 595 truck stop for about an hour to walk and feed the dogs. So disappointed in this place I wanted to take my wife around Hollywood before trekking on to the keys, she has never been here before and I used to live here. So I guess my money will be better benefited in another county besides broward

Great Park

Great location and great park , the site a sooooooo spacious . Love love love .

This is a great park within 15 mins from Hollywood Beach.
