Spectacular Class A Resort
We travel all around the country and Aztec is one of the finest Class A motorhome resorts you can find. It is for Class A rigs ONLY. It is an owners resort with 2/3 owned of the 600+ lush tropical lots with Tiki huts and beautiful modern coach houses. The majority of owners are French Canadian who speak some English. Some visitors claim they are unfriendly, but remember this is not a regular camp ground. It is their neighborhood and you only come and go, so they are friendly enough. It is expensive, but not in SE Florida terms, a rare opportunity to relax in a gorgeous setting. The longer you stay the less you pay. For 34 days we pay $128 a day for a spot with a tiki hut. Tiki huts are available on many sites and more are going up. On our bikes we can put in 6 miles riding around the park. The neighborhood around is working class Florida with cheaper commercial business for only a short stretch. A couple miles up 441 are all the high end business you could possible want

Enjoyed our 4 day stay at your resort . As stated beautiful, quiet and clean. Love the large spacing of sites along with the landscape. I can see how some of these reviews can be poor if you were here in peak season with all that this resort has to offer. We were here in off peak so the evenings were quiet and had that wonderful south Florida breeze that we miss so much. We loved our stay and appreciate that fact that you approved our stay in advance. We would love to return if approved.

Not A FIVE Star Resort As Promoted.
We were excited to check out this location. Due to the pictures and a few better reviews. We’ve been on tour with a major country music star since March and was hoping for a much better experience. Checked in after hours to find we were placed at a far far corner of the property, even though many spots were left vacant. Took the very long walk to the pool at 9:30pm, since it was scheduled to close by 11pm, to only find out it was already closed.
In the morning, we were asked to leave due to the graphics on our RV promoting our BOSS. The KING of Country. Since it is his tour BUS.
We were more than happy to escape the incredibly poor attitude of the woman in the office and the front gate security guard.
I would avoid this place. It’s NOT the five star property they promote it to be.

Not sure what problems with the staff the others have had. We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept. The amenities are wonderful. The sites are large and private, which was great for our four dogs. Very pet friendly. The camp grounds are gated with security. And surprisingly for being located in the heart of Margate, it was very quiet and peaceful. We will be staying here again.

Don't bother waisting your money at this place. If you are not in a 2 million dollar prevost the staff will treat you like dirt. I can not recommend this place to anyone. Better options out there.

I would give them 0 stars but 1 was the least it would allow me to do. We arrived and they had given our site away that we had booked 2 months in advance. Horrible staff. Would not recommend this to anyone.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 years straight and loved every day. The inside is a lot like Disneyland, it's beautiful well-manicured and when you first enter you just say wow... When is the last time you said that about an RV parked? As of the time we were there a year of Park rent went for around $9,000 and was payable up front. If you divide that by 12 months, it is pretty cheap. We loved it and will return as soon as we can
