Overpriced
Considering all the other issues easy to overcome...small sights, unlevel pads, etc...now the pricing is ridiculous. What is a "convenience fee" in addition to the already taxes in place. Maintenance has gone down a good bit over last couple years, beautiful landscsping is non-existant and office staff could care less if you stay here or not. Owners need to get their arms around what made them great...and recreate it.

Carrabelle Resort Park
Big point is the beach across the street and is wonderful for dogs. Campsite itself was not level at all and way too small. Staff was accommodating to let us park our vehicle in sites next to us when open. Campground well maintained.

Great Place
Was recommended by a friend. Really enjoyed it here. Sites wasn't very level but not too much of a problem. A bit of a drive to anywhere but worth it. Beach right across the road is a huge plus.

Lovely Park
I’ve stayed here 3 times and I do love it; a short walk across the street and you are at the beach. Quiet and clean. Lovely staff. The only downside I have found is the poor wi-fi. If you rely on wi-fi be sure to have a hot spot. Close to Eastpoint and St. George Island. I’ll be back again. I would give 5 stars it for the lack of good wi-fi.

Nice Beach Camping
Stayed here for one week in the area that’s not part of the main campground. It was nice, spacious lot, not terribly tight but no shade. Only trees were on the fringe of the grounds. Had an issue when we first pulled in and the front office didn’t seem to want to address it because that part of the resort doesn’t belong to them. Whatever.
Not much to do here but the beach, which was fine for us. Only problem were the jellyfish! It’s an annual thing in August but they were early this year. We’ll know for next time. Pet friendly and dogs are allowed on the beach. Would consider coming back here.

Peaceful
We were looking for a quiet non touristy beach for vacation. and found paradise instead. No boardwalk. No amusement park. No craziness. Locals were great. Resort was awesome. Beach was quiet, not crowded and perfect.

Nice Campground
I was determined to get in here because of the other reviews and the fact its so close to the water. Ended up losing a pd day at a state park because the girl at Carrabelle St Park was so nice to get us in. So our first impression when we arrived was it's a beautiful, well kept park. Lots of big rigs in here! And it is across from the gulf. Just a smaller beach area that stretches to the left and right for quite a ways. We have a 21ft travel trailor and was given site 11. All are cement but ours was very un level back in. Got it the best we could by putting one side on 2 boards! And there is not much to do here besides the beach. We are cruising along 98 to enjoy the gulf but it is nice when there is more to do then just stare and walk along the water. Not bad as a stopping point but wouldn't book more days for us personally. People and staff are friendly and it is pet friendly and they are allowed on the beach. Laundry, Pool, Bathrooms, grounds all clean.

Will Never Return. Greed Abounds
We came to Carrabelle every year over the past several years for multiple week stays. Without going into detail if you have a family emergency at home and have to leave or a mandatory evacuation due to tropical storms, they keep your prepaid rent. They will not offer any refunds or allow you any time in the future in lieu of refund. The managers are rude!! There are as nice and nicer places to stay other than here along the Florida panhandle. The sites are extremely tight for bigger rigs. About the only thing they have going is a nice swimming pool. Best of luck to those of you that stay here.

Very Nice Resort
Lovely, updated park. We stayed one night on a pull through site, but still had to disconnect our tow vehicle because the sites are not big enough for a 40’ class A towing. Roads are paved, but narrow. The pool & landscape is very clean & well maintained. A+ on fellow camper’s friendliness.

Great small campground. Paved roads and cement pads. Very clean and everything in order. Office staff extremely friendly. Across the street from a beautiful beach. Surrounded by nature and the town is just down the street. What a great surprise to arrive here and everything is so nice. I will definitely make this a regular spot. Many spots have ocean views. Dog friendly beach.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Park was very clean and pleasant. The campsites are small, not much room to spread out. Leveling is a bit of a problem, but I can understand why. It is designed for water runoff. Cable tv selection is limited. Overall I liked it.

We spent several days, and the staff was very friendly. Late check in was ok and pads were concrete, cable was fine. Pool was clean and the beach was close. Will return

Will stay here again. Only problem for me was the internet. We're next to the antenna so it's not speed, but it keeps dropping the login causing a manual reconnect and re-enter of the password which I find Frustrating.

A Nice Place To Stay
We have been several times over the years & love the park & area. It has good services & amenities. However, if there's one thing keeping the park from getting 5 stars, it's the fact that they have some pads on which you will never get an RV over 30 feet level. Which is sad considering what they charge. We will be back, but if I get one of those pads again, I will leave.

4 Day Stay On Columbus day Weekend
Very clean RV park, quiet also. Pool is fantastic, laundry rooms very nice, beach access across the road, can see the gulf of Mexico from most sites. Staff very helpful. Pets are allowed on the beach in this area. Will come back again. The only concern was the site is a little uneven even though concrete pad and tight for our 40ft. All in all wonderful park.

Great Place!
This place was great...great fishing, beautiful beach, nice pool, and pet friendly...great place to stay while evacuating hurricane Mathew. We live near daytona beach and packed up our 37" rv with our 2 kids (10 and 14), 3 dogs (small, medium, and very large breed) and my sons cockatieal. The staff was very nice and made us feel good while my husband and I were worring if we would have our home to come back too. Definitely will come back....the whole family had a great time.

Great Get a Way
Stayed a week there June last year. Beach just across road. Local cafe within walking distance. Staff was great. Was packed on weekend turning campers away. Make reservations. We made ours several months ahead and was able to reserve front space with view of ocean, islands and beach just steps away. Pet friendly.
Will stay again.

Great!
The owners were friendly and the park was clean and well cared for . The area was quiet. We would stay there again. Just across the street from a beach.
