Dinosaur National Monument
Campground within monument. Quiet, some shade. Fairly level lots. Paved roads, gravel sites with concrete picnic tables. No utilities at sites. No dump station. Large cottonwood trees offering shade at some sites. Flush toilets, older but clean with tp, soap and cold water. No showers. $9 a night with senior pass. Full AT&T and TMobile service. Verizon 5 bars 1x with cell booster. Would stay again.

$18
At $18 a night this is a cute spot in Dinosaur National Park. There’s a solid amount of tree cover for the spots in loop C. Also there’s a ton of first come first serve spots in the campsite. Bathrooms are alright and the views of the rocks are pretty beautiful.
The downside is that it’s pretty buggy in certain spots, but otherwise nice.
