Rundown

We worked here for 4mon. When we first drove in I was underwhelmed. The clubhouse/office was very rundown, with a broken window that looked like it had been that way for years. The lack of management & upkeep are appalling. The amount of rodent nests & droppings I cleaned out of the office area was disgusting. It was like the winter manager/host was feeding them. The wi-fi worked when we first got there, but by June it was spotty at best. It didn't help that they weren’t paying their bill. I was told by repeat campers & residents that it always worked in the past, when I told the manager he did nothing. Same with the laundry. By the time we left, we were doing our laundry at the laundromat. The washers didn't wash clothes, only one dryer worked & the laundry room smelled like sewer. We were told early on they were getting new units. That was a lie. The sewer backed up at some sites & some of the electrical was shoddy. Nice Park

Stayed here for 15 days in July in a sprinter RV. The staff works hard to maintain the facilities. A bit older, mostly stone. But the bathrooms and showers and other facilities were very clean and well maintained. The only downside is road noise from the US highway which runs next to the park into Buena Vista. Good location if you’re interested in the collegiate peaks area.

Ok But Crowded

Crammed in like sardines. Low water pressure, level gravel lots. Clean bathrooms and nice people. Probably try somewhere else next time...

Stayed here 7 nites, & loved every minute of the stay. Very clean, plenty of room, friendly staff,& everything you’d want to do in Colorado

Camped for 30 days August 2017. Had stayed there previously with our camping club. Very good experience. Lots of activities in campground & area. Clean & well managed.

Perfect, Quiet, And Very well Kept

We totally enjoyed our stay here. Lots of trees and sites have grass. Would definitely return!

Not Up To Memories

Stayed here 8 years ago with very fond memories. New owners and not nearly as nice. Drove over 100 miles out of my way because of previous experience. Sites are very tight, especially with slide outs. Still nice, helpful staff, except for helping to change sites to one with a mountain view (only a few). Will definitely not stay here again. Also too pricey.

Great Location!

Of the 3 RV parks in Buena Vista, this one looked like the best maintained. The bathhouse and laundry were perfectly kept, with a fresh coat of paint. Sites were very good considering the climate and area. There are literally dozens of small campgrounds up and down the Arkansas river valley, that aren't listed, if you want a more rustic experiance. The RV park to the north, perhaps had better views of the mountains, but it looked a bit more run down, but it too would have been a great place to stay! https://www.facebook.com/RicknVicky/

This is the nices RV park we stay in. Not only in Colorado but in all other. All sights are clean and level with grass on both sides of sight. Most sights have some shade. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Restrooms and showroom are very clean. This area of Colorado has some of the best scenery and historical sights.

Not all sites have all the amenities, so be sure to ask. All in all a nice, we'll treed, clean park centrally located.
