Desperately needs to be remodeled
We have been visiting this place for over 20 years and it pretty much has remained the same. It’s run down, cramped sites and unmaintained roads. Never used the showers or bathrooms because we have that in our RV. However, I sometimes would do laundry. This visit three of the four dryers were out of order, so no laundry done. I have met locals who do there laundry here and soak in the springs. Also, locals who drop off there grandkids for hours. People let their dogs run around off leash and don’t clean up after them. Train comes by twice during the night and its loud. The pool is supposed to be cleaned once a month so I’ve been told but every time i visit it’s a slippery mat of algae. I would not recommend entering with an open wound. If you are looking for an upscale experience I highly recommend Pagosa Springs CO. But if you just want to soak and camp in the same place it’s convenient. I stop here for that reason on my way to Yellowstone. So I would definitely return again.

Crowded, dirty and Over Priced!
We camped in our 22 foot small van and still felt cramped. There was garbage spread through out the park. $45 for water and electric. We picked this park because it had the thermal pools. Don’t bother, they had leaves floating in them, alge and God knows what else growing in the pools. You can go to beautiful, clean thermal pools at the state park for free and camp elsewhere

How Fun!
What a cool place. Swim in the hot springs included with camping cost. The worker (not sure if owner or not) COULD NOT have been NICER!! Sites were a little tight but we have a pretty big rig and fit just fine. Pull through site!! Would 100% stay again!

Nice Campground
New owners as of 2017 are updating and taking good care of the grounds. Grass was green and they watered everyday. We stayed in July. Owners very welcoming. Campground was built before campers had slide outs so sites are tight but owners are working to fix this. Maybe in future sites will be expanded. In order to do this they will have to reduce the number they have. Absolutely will stay again.

Needs Improvement
Interesting place bit tight for bigger RVs . Dryers in laundry don't work pool could be cleaner but was fun. Over all could use some maintenance. I would stay again. Good thing they have WiFi no cable no 4g very weak Version service.

Disappointed ????. We stayed here many years ago and wanted our children to see it. New owners as of summer, 2015. Greeted by owners have spat amongst themselves. Looked like the lady was in her pj top at 5:30 pm. Cat, Boots was more of a welcoming vib. Lost our reservation (called the day before) including our cc number. We were not in the books. Lucky we arrived early. Found the grass brown and the weeds overgrown. Paint was flaking off the tables. What once was a nice place is now nothing of the sort. Pool is still running. Nothing beats soaking in that hot water. Shower facilities were disgusting. Mold everywhere and spider webs and spiders were abundant. Coin operated showers. For $52 per night for family of 4 it was overpriced for what was there. The campground needs some major TLC. WIFI was not working properly. Owner was swearing in front of my kids as she was cussing out a gentleman who was parked on the side of the road.

Not Happy Customer
Pool good, but bathroom stinks. You must feed quarters to the shower. We expected clean bathrooms for the high price of a stay here.

Best Value
The hot spring is worth the price alone. Under new management as of early 2015. Love this place.
