To Close For Comfort
We stayed for 2 weeks in the nightly rental sites. The sites are pull thru however you face door to door with your nieghbor. No room to even open your porch awning. Way to close for any comfort and no privacy. During the 2 weeks of our stay the park had no water 2 different nights with no warning. The problem was they drained the swimming pool and filled it over 2 nights shutting down any water pressure. Very poor to no coordination from the ownership. Each day you drive to the main entrance for a key to unlock the only trash bin in the park. The only good thing I can say is the price is good. There are other parks in the area and I would not make this park my destination in the nightly rental sites.

Ok Place
Nice enough Park, but very huge. Most of my stay I didn't have direct Neighbors and it was fine. Someone moved in right next to me in the middle of the night. When I raised my shades the next morning I was staring someone right in the face!

Great Place
We stayed for 2 weeks. We also stayed in a owner lot versus the short term lot. Much more spacious. Definitely geared for the retired. All lots are full hook ups. Park has 2 dog parks, a pool and a dozen pickle ball courts. A golf course across the street. Laundry and a small store on site. A club house and shower houses scattered throughout the park. You’re an hour away from Grand Teton National Park. Well maintained and clean. Park WiFi was spotty, AT&T was poor. Verizon service was better but still poor at times. No cable TV service.

Will return. Great place to play pickleball.

KOA on Steroids
Picture perfect, pricey resort for older people and their tiny dogs.
