Nice Place To Stop And Visit Casper

We stopped for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Most sites are flat with astroturf around picnic tables otherwise it's gravel just like most western rv parks. Checkin was easy and host met me on the porch. Lots of restaurants within 3 miles and easy access into town. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Very pretty riverfront but current is swift so watch the kids. Good place to visit Casper area from.

Person At Front Desk

Tonight we checked into this campground. Found our site that was on a slant, could not level our 24ft camper in that spot. Went to the front desk fir a different site. They didn’t have one. Ok so refund the charge, simple right. The worker at the desk said she couldn’t. Didn’t offer to figure it out. Very rude about it. I told her she had better get the owner on the phone and do the refund. She did, with tons of attitude. She needs a little training in customer service. She failed to remember she wouldn’t have a job if it weren’t for customer’s. Young folks think If there are rude enough the rest of us will just go away. It doesn’t make them smart. It makes them bullies.

Nice place for stop over night. Staff very nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Good stop to catch up on our rest, laundry and get the oil changed in motorhome. Bathrooms were ok ,if you don’t mind ants . Laundry was kind of expensive. Lots were shadeless and the dust was unbelieveable..walk along the river at your own risk .

They were very nice about our coming one day later due to truck trouble and did not charge us for that night. WiFi is there but you can’t use it so weak. TV has a few channels on cable and a few over the air so you just have to switch back and forth. Very clean but no grass and in the middle of an industrial area. Gravel and dust and when I asked for a site away from the entrance I got a lecture about how busy they were going to be. Not a returner for me.

We had made reservations for Monday September 24th with Mike. When we rolled in, was told our reservation was for Sunday September 23rd and credit card was charged. Out of a 3 week vacation at several different parks and campgrounds this was the only mixup. They did make it right and find a spot and not charge us. Spots are level and clean. We were able to get Wi-fi. This is a good place to stay.

We enjoyed our week at this RV Park and would definitely come back when we are in the area. The park is fairly new, well maintained and accommodating. The area has great museums and history to explore as well as wonderful biking trails.

Definitely Not Worth Another Trip

Not a resort at all. It’s all gravel, right by the highway, there is literally a warehouse right across the street. No trees. Can’t even have a campfire at your campsite (which are so close to each other) suppose to be super close to the river but can’t even hear it instead you hear traffic. The only good thing there is a large gas station/truck stop right up the road by interstate entrance to gas up before heading home. Definitely won’t be staying here again and advising friends not to either.

Not A "Resort"

I think this parks website is incorrect in descrbing it as a resort. The roads and sites are gravel/dirt and thus dusty. They advertise Directv and wifi but there are only 20 low value channels available. I could not find a wifi signal strong enough to connect to anywhere including the office. On the other hand the office was very nice as were the rest room/showers. The desk clerk was also nice but overworked. In my opinion it was not worth the $45 per night rate.

Great to deal with on a late arrival, super friendly and a nice park! We will be back!

Perfect One Night Stay

We pulled in at 8pm and we were setup by 8:25pm. Sight was level, clean, organized and well laid out. Management was supper nice and helpful, put us in a pull through. There is a Loves travel stop on the way out. We will stay here again.

This was a super place to stay spaces level manager was fantastic over worked but super nice needed someone to answer phones

Excellent

Only got to stay 1 night. Got there about dark. But it fit the bill for the night. We wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean. Very nice.

Relatively New Park

Nice park. Trees will need a few years to mature. Close to river for nice walks. Not bad price

Pretty nice. The dryer did not work properly but other than that it was nice. Great showers!
