Don't stop here, I called and they said that they had a spot. I was greeted by a friendly lady and was told where to park. We went inside and I paid her, $65.95 for 30 Amp service, no other hook ups. I tried to get my coach level but there were too many holes in my dirt spot. I went and got a refund.

Owners is nice guy has cabin with showers and laundry Most residents seemed to be full time but were still really pleasant The only down side was no paved roads but was cheap

Very noisy, very dumpy. Manager is nice. Rates are $35 a nite, contrary to the $22 on there website. We were the only overnighter, everyone else was permanent.
