Happy Camper
We have camped here several times and have even rented a beach house with some friends and its always been a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are well taken care of. We love being able to go to the store for an ice cream, or quick grill order and its well stocked. For a dollar you get a bag of popcorn and a ride on the Chippy Express that takes you for a ride through the grounds for smiles and waves from other campers. The beach on crystal clear Kusel Lake is wonderful and you can rent watersports and get a snack at the beach hut. Its nice to have the option of swimming at the lake or pool which has an awesome splash pad for little ones and a nice tikki bar for the adults. They also have an arcade and a few different playgrounds. We go to several Wisconsin campgrounds and this is one of our favorites.

Family Friendly
I have used this campground numerous times. If you camp here you can dump for free. It's a very family friendly campground with tons of amenities. It's a little pricey but we love the shallow lake memorial day weekend is sometimes warm enough for floating/swimming. They have a pool and splash park. Wood available for a price. Playgrounds, boat rentals. Camp store, friday fish fry. The only problem I've had is our campsites are usually close to the beach and the bathrooms near there could be kept up a little better. We love love love evergreen.

Was going to stay but after seeing the reviews decided not to. I would suggested responding to past inquiries.

Didn't Stay Here But...
They told me on the phone I could dump my holding tanks at no charge. When I got there, I was charged a $40 fee.
I had already left my Google review before departing and an older guy came out and called me a liar when I told him what I was told on the phone the day before. He told me I was lying and made the comment, "You drive a rig like this and you can't afford it?" Why would I drive 30 minutes one way to pay $40 when I could've dumped in my sister's septic tank for free? (I didn't today because there has been so much rain, I would've torn up my sister's lawn) I'm a disabled veteran who sold his house and am on a tight budget. Who does he think he is? HARRASSMENT!
