Avoid off season

Campground has great location nested near the EAA and on wooded grounds. There are no pads, so be prepared in wet weather for soft, soggy ground. Bathroom has pay showers, heat turned low, and there were no outside lights turned on. Wi-fi was not available. Branches not picked up from a previous storm. Although not an issue in off season, sites are crowded with no picnic tables or campfire rings. Dump station has steep access for smaller trailers making it difficult to completely empty tanks. Beware that there is a surcharge added when you use a credit card to pay. Be prepared for no attendant and to be contacted the next morning.

Location pin is correct now. This has been a great find for us. Great small park. Close to everything. Owner Jeff is very nice and helpful. We would stay here next time we're in the area.
