Black Listed? For What?
Even though its not that nice of a campground we decided to book with a group of friends but we were blacklisted because we had cancelled a reservation in june ( well within the cancellation restrictions) and asked for a refund instead of moving our reservation to another date. So they black listed us. Lmao!! They dont tell you that part of the cancellation "policy". We have been here in the past and it wasnt that nice. Pool is small, showers are outdated and sites are small. Not worth it!!

Family run but dated, pull through sites around office are not as large as the ones top hill. Some major investment needs to take place on buildings, activities need new ideas. But for the price you get what you pay for.

Don't Know Their Potential
The campsites are fairly large which is great because there's nothing to do there. They have a tiny pool and a pond to swim in if that's your thing but no activities! If they were to use some creativity for arts and crafts, tie dying, or investing in some decent bingo cards this place could have some potential. What is up with the bathrooms? The place is too big for the far and few in between bathrooms. They are out dated and lack privacy due to broken doors and doors with holes. Overall the place is gross and the staff is unpleasant and un accommodating!

All About The Money
We had camped here for quite a few years and always enjoyed the amenities. Last year though after paying $200+ for the weekend(site, firewood and bracelet passes for the kids) my parents were on their way through WI, they wanted to stop by have a bite to eat, say hi to the grandkids and leave. My step mother with a serious heart condition wasn't about to use the jump pillow or anything else. We notified the campground of our incoming visitors and of my step mother's condition. They charged my parents $16, this $16 was for a 2 hour visit and to be allowed to drive down the campground road to access our site. This was ridiculous and for that short of and type of visit. I could justify it they had so much as looked at the inside of the campground bathroom, or used a single amenity, but they didn't! We won't be back and will continue to tell everyone we know of this ridiculous cover all policy!

Clean rest rooms. A dated place, but very nice. Store has anything simple that you left behind. This year, we had 4 other families, and they had no problem putting us all together. Friendly staff, and kid friendly. Many of the people in our group had been upset by the price but soon saw the value of the place.

Campground was fair. Store had everything great place for little kids under the age of 10. Firewood was really expensive.
