They leave two sites open. Pay your 15.00 with cashier and pull thru your site. Water and electric. No sewer that I could see. Weedy. Very easy in and out. Stayed one nt and just hooked up electric. Neighbors are quiet. Large enough for any size rig. Several TV stations. Quite the deal
