Not Worth The High Cost
Very expensive for an inner city location with no ocean or Mountain View’s. Pricing is based on length of site and not if your a 30 or 50 amp service or have 3 dogs, 5 kids and your in-laws. The facility is neat and clean with the exception of the ground dirt on the utility side of each site. At one time they had wood chips in this area but it appears they’ve not spent the money to replace in quite some time. The bathrooms and shower facilities are way over rated. Raw concrete floors that show all kinds of stains in the concrete. Showers rooms have little to no ventilation. You feel as though you’re in a sauna with moisture on the ceilings, walls, mirrors and State Park style stainless steel sinks. Why NO soap dishes in the shower stalls??!! And finally the laundry is the most expensive I’ve come across as I’ve traveled the US at $3.50 apiece for both washer and dryer’s. I’ll do my laundry at the next RV stop in Idaho…thank you very much.

They screwed us over on our extended reservation, we travel for work and needed a specific time. Very long long story short they wouldn’t admit fault so if you need extended stay, get it in writing the full time you need since they make you sign a new contract constantly and shorted us 3 weeks on what we needed. We were informed by another person in the park, something similar happened to another couple as well.
Otherwise clean and nicely paved sites but the new owners are greedy and seems poorly managed. See some of the Yelp reviews if you want more details.

Very nice place. Clean sites with lawns, quiet and friendly. Expensive - more than we usually spend. A nice place.

Sundown
Excellent facility. Only reason not 5 stars is price and kind of small lots. Super clean and friendly. Showers are awesome and a very nice treat.

Clean, but pricey. Paid $74 for a pull through site. Wouldn't consider it a destination campground, a good place to stay while passing through the area.

$50
Spacious, But Fills Up
A bit pricey, but everything's new, very clean, and I like how almost all of the spaces have grass surrounding you. We're paying $50/night for full hook-ups at a back-in site. One less star because it gets noisy at night. Saturday night there were some drunk people talking loudly, walking back to their camper. And the sprinklers are loud and turn on early in the morning.

Clean And Expensive
Dump fee is $20!
Place is very clean, but it’s pretty much a parking lot on a busy highway. Some grassy areas for pets. Tiny pool.

Convenient to Spokane and the northeast. Clean, sterile, RV camp and would definitely come back
