Price and location are good. Most sites are grass and a little tight. No sewer hookup and no dump station. Our site had good WiFi, water hookup was on wrong side and needed our extensions.

Not a Happy Camper
We went in May. They decided to mow the extra long grass at just our site, as soon as we pulled in. We tracked grass into our rig the entire weekend. Spaces are super tight, not level and their sewer seems to have major issues. Staff was incredibly rude, docks are in bad shape and property is hard to navigate due to size and layout. Road noise is immense.

Good location for Mt. St. Helens adventures. A bit muddy this time of year. Highway noise is pretty bad.

On The Water
Looks like it's a great place for family fun on the water but it's a bit of a challenge for any large rigs. Sites are not even close to level and very close to each other. Some strange rule about dumping tanks before going to the park if you want sewer hook up. And all "guests" must wear wrist bands at all time or risk a $5 fine. No WiFi. Will not take my rig in there again.
