Excellent Stop

Stayed here Christmas night (12-24-2017). Jim, the host, was more than kind. The club room, restroom and showers were extremely clean to our surprise. Hope to make this place an annual stop from now on. Will recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Jim!

Noisy!!

I had high expectations for this facility and was really disappointed. The folks running the place were very nice and it's not there fault that about 1/3rd of the spaces are within 25-50ft of a busy and loud highway. Avoid slots 1, 2, 16 like the plague unless you're of the age were you can just take out your hearing aids. We were in 16 and the road noise was constant until 11:00pm and then throughout the night. You are literally 25 feet from semi trucks throttling up to make it up the near hill. Ok, so the road is really noisy, but also if you have kids and plan to ride your bike, think again. There is no curb and nowhere to ride unless you are a terrible parent and will let your kids ride on a busy highway. Lastly we were really disappointed by the beach. On both sides of this RV park are runoff streams from lake Cushman and the powerplant. Thus, the beach is very silty...mud. When the tide is out there is nothing of interest on the beach but black silt covered rocks.

Great Place!

Have been here several times and love the location. Headed there again on Saturday for two days. Nice views, right on the water, close to stores for supplies. We like it very much.

Small park with a bit of (behind you) road noise but the view in front of you more than makes up for it. We go once or twice a year and really love it. Close to the casino and Hoodsport. Very clean and well kept with good wifi!
