Upper Oak Bay

Very nice quiet county campground. Both upper and lower open. Both have access to potable water but not at the site. Upper has electric sites at $35, most are level but a few are not. 5 with views of the sound. Lower is without electric at $25, located on the gravel spit with water on both sides. Lower also has day use for launching kayaks and SUPs. No dump station. Upper could take a larger RV, probably a few 40 ft spots. Both pay at upper campground but get your spot first.
