A Really Good Weekend!
This Park is good distance from any main bustling highway. It is quiet! The spots were pretty decent size. Not sprawling but not completely cramped either. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. The pool was a little cloudy, but with a hundred kids... We are definitely coming back. We stayed in Lot C at the top of the park. Great loop!

Lots To Do
We stayed labor day weekend and had a great time. From ice cream social to hay rides to tie die shirts the kids had a blast. The pool was clean. The bathrooms were cleaned it seemed like twice a day. We stayed in the upper part of the park and there was plenty of room between us and the neighbors. We will definitely be back.

Weekend Stay
Beautiful area, the individual sites a bit ran down and overgrown. Never stepped in the bathrooms so no clue how they are maintained. Main lodge old with a cheesy country store/grill with a large lodge lounge area. Oh my the pool was too cold for me, but I am use to AZ climate. Staff said they were full but a lot of spots remained unoccupied the entire weekend. No assigned spots, just first come first serve.

Good And Bad
The good: The bathrooms and shower area seem clean (at least where we stayed). The water presser in the showers were good and the water was hot. The upper pool looked clean and it was pretty good sized. The people working here seemed nice and were competent. Most of the RV sites were long enough to take the larger RV’s and travel trailers. The bad: although they were changing the RV sites to 50 Amp from 30 Amp most lacked sewer hookups. The sites were super close together with very little foliage between them. We seemed to have the neighbors from hell - very loud with screaming kids from 7 am to 11 pm and not the happy, joyful screams of excitement. Not relaxing at all. Because the sites were so close together, it seemed like the fire pits were right next to the neighbor’s RV. Lastly, many of the sites weren’t terribly level.

Rundown
After 23 years, we are dropping our Thousand Trails membership. This was the very first resort in the TTN chain, and it's barely maintained anymore. A real pity as it used to be a reasonably nice park.
