Avoid
Way too expensive for a glorified parking lot not so much a park. Right beside the highway, so lots of noise. Clean facilities and day Manager guy was awesome. The owner lady yelled at our kids to leave the dismal park and didn't even bother to talk to us as we're there leaving, looking to stuck up to care we were even there. A truck stop with a plug would have been better. Laundry was also $3.75 wash and $3 dry, the most expensive I've seen in 5 states.

Perfect Location And Friendly
This was the perfect location and so close to Seattle. We spent Spring break seeing the sites around Seattle and this location made it so easy to drive in / out the city. We drove over from other side of state the following o the and used them again for sporting event. This is our new favorite place to park and relax.

My First Trailer Family
I had just purchased my trailer and had no idea what I was doing! Everyone here was soooo helpful and slowly became my park family. I was bummed that there are no fire pits or community fire pit, but being a park close to the city that makes sense. It is a bit pricey for a trailer park, but with such close access to Seattle this also makes sense. You won't find anything cheaper close to Seattle. They have a beautiful indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna that helped me get through the dark, rainy, cold winter. All in all this is a wonderful park- esp. For extended stay. If you are looking for a "camp" stay this is not it, but if you want to explore the area, feel safe, secure, and supported...THIS is your park. Happy travels all!:)✌

Unfortunately, there aren’t many RV parks in Bellevue, so this one stays reasonably full regardless of the surely attitudes, cramped spaces, high prices, and stupid rules for days. It’s a parking lot basically. Restrooms small, WiFi does not work, and good luck getting your rig parked. No daily discounts and there are many long term residents, it appears. I prefer an interstate rest stop over this one.

Stay Away
Definitely stay away from here, to expensive and they literally don't care is just a parking lot, also do not give a security deposit they said they were gonna give it back to us after our stay, a month pass and never got it back call them and they give me a lame excuse that it was used cause I left too early, definitely stay away.

On way to get cruise fm Seattle fm South Carolina. RV park is convenient but is only a parking lot. Ok for a one night convievce stop. We have a 22 ft coach and the sites are very TIGHT. Have Wi-Fi, B/S clean. Pricey but convient.

Not Worth The Money!
Unless you have absolutely no other option find another place to stay! This park is literally a parking lot with hook-ups! There are no tables available to sit outside, not that you would want to. You are so crammed in you will have trouble opening any pop-outs you may have. The internet did work, but they limit bandwidth. Not recommended if you are planning on a nice place with shade trees and a view. Will not stay there again. The staff was nice though.

Stayed 8 Days
The park is a parking lot with trees surounding it. Kind of tight for the bigger rigs to get in and out. But still descent. The staff was friendly and keep strict rules. I love that they have an area for my pets that is away from campers. I will say that during our stay may campers took their animals out but dis not take care of picking up after them. However the staff was out there cleaning it. Blowing leaves ect. Its a good place not to far from seattle and other attractions. Best part was the clean quiet environment.
