Boring

If you got a boat great. Other than that the campsites are immaculate very well run Campground. Gravel sites very level. Everything here is more than a walk or bicycle ride or a car drive. I don’t know what the hype is but it’s not worth $47. I have been camping and 38 states and I am very disappointed

Nice State Park Campground

Nice campground. The sites are all gravel covered and relatively level. We are in site 50 which is right across from the dump station. That makes it VERY easy to back into and VERY convenient to haul the waste toter to the dump area.

Great State Park

We stayed here the last weekend of March. We had site 14 pull through and had a lot of room. Bathroom was very close to this site. Lots of trees, sites are all gravel and very manageable. Will come back.

If this had sewer and full hook ups it looks like it would be such a wonderful place to stay. Can’t rate it because i never stay here like I say if it had sewer hook up i would go.

Great Campground

This is a very nice campground! We stopped on our way back from SC for one night and really liked it. The sites are large and private. We plan to make a trip back so we can spend some more time there to see the lake and do some hiking. Would be nice if sewer was available on some of the sites.

Favorite spot ????

My hubby and I LOVE SML State Park! The scenery, the privacy, the water, the trees, the friendly campers, the roomy sites.... I could go on and on but I'd bore you. This is just a fabulous place to stay. We are repeat campers here! Just book early! No nevermind I said that, I'm saving all the sites for myself!
