Staff is outstanding, had setbacks due to bad weather and traffic getting there they stayed until I arrived at 1030 pm and showed me to our lot. Bathhouse is a little dated but clean. Was there for the yard sale and it was somewhat cramped but this is the busiest time for the campground. Will be back next year.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We stayed at Carrollwood for the first time while attending the Labor Day Flea Market. It is very close to the Flea Market and right off the highway, so it made the trip back and forth a breeze.
The Pros: the staff is very polite and helpful. When I called for the res, they asked about my rig and helped find a suitable site. The power and water hook ups were issue free. (2) nice ponds for fishing (no swimming allowed. Not sure if this is always or seasonal, or what the policy is) There is a neat barn in the center that has a ping pong table, shuffle board table and some other fun games, along with some swings and see-saws.
The Cons: it is tight getting in. (And on a hill, but sites are pretty level) I was fortunate and arrived prior many others, so my 36' fifth wheel was ok, but it could be tough when jammed. The trees are plenty, and some branches hang low, no issue, just keep an eye out.
That's it in a nut shell. We would come back, and would recommend this park.
