The sites are tight and very uneven. They called us at the last minute to cancel our first night leaving us to scramble for a site for one night. They were supposed to refund us for that night however we still don’t see that refund, they have taken $153 of my money and won’t refund us. Very close to road so the noise is bad. I would avoid this park.

They gave a half a spot for a rv 22ft. Uneven site, you would not believe the area that they some how figured an rv with side out would fit. Terrible place!!
Worst place ever. We were lucky to find another place down the road.

Great place to stay. No shade — but not much shade anywhere here. Nice and accommodating folks. We had a water leak where our water hose attached. We reported it and when we drove right to our site after reporting it, the man walked up to fix it. Quick service!

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Nice price for the area. Clean bathrooms, kitchen, and grounds. Short drive to town.

Good Spot To Stay When In Moab Area
We stayed there two nights in early September. I agree with most of the reviews with comments about the nice staff, good bathrooms, and communal kitchen. I found it very tight however. I know they want to maximize the number of sights but even a few less would make it feel better.

Stayed 4 nights with 30’TT. A little tight but tolerable as this CG has limited # of spots. Nice people running it with plenty of outdoor amenities for cooking & social gathering. Off the main road enough so traffic noise is minimal. Nice views from my spot! Great location for going into town & park visits. Moab is a great visit 4Th time here & always find something different to see. Visit Dead horse State Park!! I gave it 4 stars because of garbage cans were too close to campers & disturbing to those camped right next to them & odorous.

Friendly staff, Clean, Convenient
Stayed here for 2 nights. Actually booked for 3 nights on arrival, but later realized I had only 2 days. They gave me refund for 1 night, which usually doesn’t happen anywhere these days.
Very friendly cleaning staff as well as office staff.
WiFi has decent speed. Community kitchen has everything you need to cook.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Friendly Staff, Quiet End Of Town
We were greeted with very friendly staff. Although a small park, it has very nice and clean amenities. I would stay again.

Lovely Communal Facilities
Excellent communal kitchen and BBQ area. Nice bathrooms and laundry. All in all a great vibe.
V close to main road but then again, this is the way for all RV parks in Moab I think.
Not much shade.

We pulled in at dusk and were greeted by a friendly accommodating manager. Amenities abound: laundry with washer, dryer, and clothes line, community refrigerator available , fires allowed, patio for cooking available, clean showers and restroom. Camping is close and there is highway noise, but the friendliness of the staff outweighs these slight negatives.

This place is a great place for travelers. The place was Brand New in 2016 when we were there. Everything is TOP CLASS. The only problem was the traffic noise from the highway. Perhaps they have already planted trees to deaden the noise. Other than that, I really loved the place!!!!!!
