Nice Park
Friendly staff, narrow, fairly level gravel sites. Barely room to park truck on site. Our site had a high concrete curb with risk to drop a tire off the edge about a foot down. Not sure why it was there. Nice shade tree on site. Could have put out awning but it was too windy. Nice, well maintained showers and bathrooms. Great cable. No laundry facilities. Main problem here was significant road noise from nearby highway. Had to keep TV on overnight to try to drown it out. Only 20 minutes from Arches NP. Would stay here again, maybe with ear plugs.

Disappointed
Site was unlevel and oddly configured. WiFi didn’t work. Called front desk to ask about it as we were excited for it. Front desk said issue must be with our iPhones, iPad, our computer and our tv because it was working fine for her in the office. Obviously the signal is not appropriately broadcast even though we were only a couple hundred feet from office. Showers had some mold and were dirty but did have hot water.

Beautiful View, Awful Road Noise
I really wanted to like this place. Sites are nice, though a bit narrow. Gal that checked us in was nice, beautiful views, full hookups, cable, showers. But…the highway is about 100yds away and the noise is terrible. We only stayed two of the three nights we had booked. Went up to Dead Horse Point SP for the third night. If road noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll be fine here.

Lucky Stop
The park was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were both friendly and helpful. We were extremely grateful to get a spot without prior reservations. Though not adjacent to the National Parks we were still able to tour both parks on a single day.

Overall Good Stay
We originally stayed here because of Passport America (PA). We ended up staying 6 nights because we were waiting on a package delivery and it was delayed. We exceeded the PA max nights but they gave us a discount for the remainder of our stay. When we arrived it was 107 degrees (F) and we were placed into a site with shade on both sides of our RV. Those trees were a godsend. We were far enough from the highway that our site was quiet. The restrooms were clean. They work hard to maintain grass between the sites, which isn't easy in this harsh climate. We were appreciative of not having to camp in dust like other parks in the area. My only concern was when I entered to register, wearing my mask, the owner said I didn't have to bother with a mask at the park though I would have to wear it in town. I had to return to the office several times and being high-risk (and given local authorities were imploring people to wear masks) I was very uncomfortable that no staff wore masks.

Good Stop
We stayed four nights to see Canyonlands NP and Arches NP. We had a pull through site right along 191. Nice level spot with trees for some shade. Nice concrete pad with picnic table. We have a 30 ft Fifth Wheel with slides and a Long bed Dodge Ram 3500 and had sufficient room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a LOT of road noise if you are on the row right on 191. It didn’t bother us sleeping; but it was loud sitting outside. Would stay again.

Stayed 4 days. The staff is extremely accommodating. Nice, but crowded park, as all are in this area.

Good Spot For Big RV’s
Super nice people and accommodating! Spaces are level with concrete, grass and tree. Front Row offers beautiful Canyon Views but a little road noise unless you’re inside your rig. Would stay here again for sure!

Overall Not Bad
Decent Park. We stayed there four nights and did both Canyonlands and arches. Park is on the south side of town but it only takes minutes to get through town into arches. Only bad thing to say about the park is the road noise. I suppose if we had a site further back it might have been quieter but we were on the first row and it was very noisy at night.

Close To Everything
I had a good experience here for 3 nights. Grass & concrete next to door of camper with a bench. Baths good. Biggest beef was sardine Can size spots. Like your neighbor
